Baaahhhh looking forward to Katsu because it's my first Katsu EVAR and I keep hearing how amazing it is and the venue is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to have some shoots there and ahhhhhh run on sentences! I'm in a strange mood. And I hope I can get Lightning done in time [original version, not the crazy armor version] because my boyfriend wants to be Snow and it would be cute if we cosplayed together, because that hasn't happened since AnimeNEXT. =/ I wish I could do more Final Fantasy cosplays because the outfits rock but I find that those are the more expensive ones to do because you also need weapons and other props in order for it to look correct. And video game fashions, especially with rpgs, are generally super out-there and more complicated to pull off.

So this was just rambling due to my inability to sleep at 2am.

Bahhh NYCC was so fun! Definitely the best NYCC I've been to yet. I had a shoot for my Black Canary, met Jessica Nigri and Vampy Bit Me, and previewed a bunch of upcoming games.

Next up is AUSA, which is a new con for me. I plan on bringing Angel Stocking, Police Stocking [a new cosplay that I'm working on...hopefully I'll have it done in time], Ayla, and Misty. Maybe one other.

Wheee my cousin helped me get a Press Badge for CC! 8D The only catch is I have to carry a camera with me all weekend and take pictures of cosplayers, especially anime/manga cosplayers because my cousin isn't as interested in anime as I am, but...that's not really a bad deal lol. I enjoy taking photos of cosplayers.
I am working on three new cosplays for CC [Hipster Harley, Lolita Thor, Black Canary] and most of them are finished. Thor has already been made by a friend of mine, and it's being delivered soon. It came out really awesome and I'm excited to wear it. I was invited to a Philadelphia cosplay day in two weekends and I plan on wearing Thor then. It's also on my birthday. xD
Black Canary has been sitting in my closet for a while, and Hipster Harley is part of a duo cosplay with my friend Corey, who is being Hipster Joker. For the lawls.

With help from my cousin Luigi, I applied for a press pass for NYCC, which means, if I get approved for it, I get to walk around with a fancy camera and take lots of pictures! And maybe get to cut lines for special things xD I really hope it gets approved, because that would be really cool.
This made me realize that something I would really LOVE to do would be to work for a convention, either taking pics or interviewing people. I'd probably want to focus on cosplay and cosplayers, obviously, but it's something I've been considering....
Anyway, I'm planning two new cosplays for this con [one for Friday and one for Saturday] and I really hope everything comes together. One of them is being made by a friend of mine, and the other may take some hunting to find the right materials.
